LAUNCH X431 PRO5 Smartlink Instructions for Mercedes-Benz VGS3 NAG2 TCU Erasing

Tested TCU: VGS3 NAG2 TCU, as shown in below:

Operation guide:
1.After entering the Mercedes-Benz Anti-Theft software, connect it according to the wiring diagram, and click “OK” (as shown in the figure below);

2.Click “ECU Erasing” (as shown in the figure below);

3.Click “Transmission Control Unit (TCU)” (as shown in the figure below);

4.Click “Wiring Diagram” (as shown in the figure below);

5.Remove the module and connect according to the wiring diagram, then click “OK” (as shown in the figure below);

6.Click “Completely Erase Module” (as shown in the figure below);

7.Click “OK” (as shown in the figure below);

8.Display the information of TCU before erasing, click “OK” to start erasing (as shown in the figure below);

9.Select whether to back up data according to your needs, here select “No” (as shown in the figure below);

10.Click “YES” (as shown in the figure below);

11.Erasing the module in progress (as shown in the figure below);

12.The module is successfully erased, and the information of TCU after erasing is displayed, click “OK” to complete the erasing (as shown in the figure below).
